	Vision for Alameda Point Seamless integration of land uses at Alameda Point (formerly NAS Alameda) with the rest of the city. Include mixed-use development, health care facilities and workforce housing that reduces traffic, preserves public access for the shoreline, increases recreation and open space in the city of Alameda.
	City Services Enhance availablity and efficiency of city services, such as increased library (main and branch) hours, improved park and recreational facility maintenance, undergrounding utility lines, prompt and responsive permitting.
	Community Dialogue Improve and obtain full and complete community input on development projects in Alameda to enable resident-driven visions and minimize getting blindsided by economic and market interests.
